INCONTRO CON AZIENDA PER RINNOVO ACCORDO REPERIBILITÀ
Mecoledì 17/05/2006, alle ore 14:00 presso la sala riunioni delle Relazioni Industriali Ericsson di Roma, le RSU di Roma Ericsson TEI e LAB incontreranno l'Azienda per discutere il rinnovo dell'accordo sulla reperibilità.
Il sindacato punta sia a migliorare la parte economica rispetto all'accordo vigente (accordo del 9 maggio 2001), sia ad introdurre una normativa chiara che regoli adeguatamente gli interventi, il lavoro notturno ed i riposi compensativi.

Planned restructuring to begin
Redundancies planned as part of the Marconi integration will now become a reality as it moves into a new phase. The redundancies are a painful but necessary act in making the acquired business areas profitable.May 8, 2006From the outset of the Marconi acquisition, Ericsson has stated that redundancies would be necessary to lift the profits in the acquired parts of the business to the same level as the rest of the Ericsson group.
Sivert Bergman, overall responsible for the integration of Marconi and head of Business Unit Broadband Networks, says they will affect about 1500 employees from the combined Ericsson and former Marconi workforce. Business units Broadband Networks, Services, and Systems, as well as several market units, will reduce their workforce. "Those who will be affected will be given more detailed information this month," Bergman says. While there also needs to be certain sales increases of former Marconi products, Bergman says costs have to be reduced by SEK 2 billion during 2006 if the acquired business areas are to be profitable. "When two large companies become one, there are overlaps," Bergman says. "In this case, we are making two supply chains become one. As such, we are coordinating sourcing and taking away other overlaps, such as similar products."We are shaping a new organization, and the phase we are entering now is tough but necessary," Bergman says. "We must remember that we are doing this for the future."

Come è consuetudine anche quest'anno il sindacato mette a disposizone il proprio CAAF (i servizi di assistenza fiscale) che a partire dai prossimi giorni sarà a vostra disposizione presso la saletta sindacale del Campus Ericsson di Roma.
Gli iscritti al sindacato (FIM-FIOM-UILM) potranno godere di tariffe agevolate.

CONCORDATO IL CALENDARIO ANNUO 2006
Il giorno 23 marzo 2006 è stato raggiunto l'accordo con l'azienda per il Calendario Annuo 2006 e sarà valido, oltre che per i dipendenti Ericsson TEI e LAB della sede di Roma, anche per tutte le altre sedi Ericcson.
